Performance feature of BD121 epoxy bonding agents for ceramic tile installations:

Product usage:
Used in the bonding of wear resistant ceramic chip on the top surface and facade of the equipment.With strong initial adhesion,it won't
fall off without using magnet or other support measures during construction,optimizing construction technology and reducing construction cost.

How to use of BD121 ceramic tile installing bonding trowelable epoxy compound adhesives:
1. Surface treatment: Clean up the dust,greasy dirt and rust on the surface of adherend,then grind or sand blast treatment,finally clean it
by cleaning agent and dry it by airing.

2.Configure adhesive: According to the specified requirement,make A and B components mix uniformly,the mass ratio A:B=4:1. When the
temperature is low in winter,can preheat the A component up to the temperature of 40-50℃ in advance for easy to mix using.

3.Using adhesive: Make the configured adhesive be coating on the adherend surface uniformly,then fold it,knock on it for once from the middle
to all around with rubber hammer,avoid the air getting into it.Double spread will get the better effect,under the premise of no shortage adhesive,
the adhesive layers are the thinner the better.

4.Curing: Room temperature initial curing for 4 hours,full curing for 24 hours,when the temperature is low in winter,can heat it up to the
temperature of 80 deg C slowly and keep this temperature for 2 hours after placing it for 2 hours.

Packing specification:
Packed in a plastic drum, A component: 4Kg/drum, B component: 1Kg/drum,12 drums/carton or 8 drums/carton.

Transportation storage:
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place.The warranty period is 1 year.Avoid placing it upside down,knocking against and transporting it as
a non-dangerous product during transportation.

Special version:
1.This parameter is for laboratory conditions,due to the actual working condition is more complex,suggest the users to do the pretest according to actual working condition

2.When the environment temperature is below 15 deg C,the curing time will prolong,should take proper heating measure.

3.When the environment temperature is more than 25 deg C or the mixing quantity is too large,the curing speed will expedite,should properly
shorten the application time of coating after mixing.

Construction protective measures:
1.Wear the protective masks,wear the protective glasses and rubber gloves
2.Need washing hands with soap before eating,drinking or smoking.
3.The health hazard after touching: a few people will have skin allergy phenomenon,see a doctor in time and avoid touching with this product again.should wipe it with ethyl acetate when the sizing material paste on the skin by careless,then wash it with clear water.Should wash it with
clear water immediately and see a doctor when splashing into the eyes by careless.

Warm Prompt：
Residual adhesive solution cured products are non-toxic harmless organic solid,but maybe it will produce poisonous gas when burning,
non-professional personnel can not do combustion disposal,should be sent to garbage power plant or garbage burning place treatment.

fire prevention measures：
Should choose dry powder to extinguish fire,can cover and flap it with dry powder,grit(the construction using abrasive) or the non chemical
fiber fabric when the sizing material catching fire.
